We cater for a wide range of events including:

No matter the occasion, we customize our menu to meet your needs.

Do you offer menu customization?

Yes! We offer menu customization to accommodate dietary restrictions, personal preferences, or specific themes. You can choose from our existing menu or work with us to create a custom menu for your event.

Do you provide vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options?

Absolutely! We offer vegetarian dishes. Please inform use any dietary restrictions or preferences ahead of time, and we will ensure your guests are well taken care of.

How much do you charge per person?

Pricing varies based on your menu selection and guest count. We offer several packages to choose from. For an accurate quote, please contact us with the details of your event.

What is included in the catering package?

Our catering packages:

  • Food Preparation

  • Delivery and setup

Do you provide waitstaff and setup?

Yes, we offer professional waitstaff and event setup. The number of staff will vary depending on the size of your event.

  • Buffet-style: 4 servers for every 50-75 guests

  • Sit-down dinners: 1 server for every 10 guests

Do you provide rental items (plates, utensils, linens, etc.)?

We do not provide full rental items, but we do offer disposables such as:

  • Plates

  • Utensils

  • Napkins

  • Wire racks

If you need anything specific, please let us know, and we will make arrangements.

Is There a Minimum Order for Your Catering Services?

Our minimum catering order is $550. Smaller orders may be accommodated upon request.

When do I need to confirm the menu and guest count?

Final confirmation of your menu and guest count at least 3 weeks in advance

How far in advance should I book my event?

We recommend booking at least 4 months in advance, especially for larger events like weddings and corporate functions. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

Do you provide tastings before the event?

Yes! Tastings are available for select menus, allowing you to sample dishes and make adjustments. Tasting fee: $150+ (credited toward your final event balance if booking is confirmed).

What is your cancellation policy

  • 30% cancellation fee applies if the event is canceled within 30 days of the event

  • 50% cancellation fee if canceled within 2 weeks of the event

Please refer to your contract for full details.

How do I pay for the catering?

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the balance due 2 weeks before the event. For larger events (75+ people), the balance is due 1 month in advance. Payments can be made via check, credit card, or cash.

 

Please note: If a check is returned due to insufficient funds, the customer will be responsible for any bank fees incurred. From that point forward, we will only accept cash payments.

Do you accommodate last-minute changes to the menu?

While we strive to accommodate changes, last-minute alterations may incur additional fees, especially if requested close to the event.

How do I handle dietary restrictions for my guests?

Please provide a list of any dietary restrictions or preferences before final payment to ensure we can accommodate your guests’ needs.

How far in advance do I need to finalize my guest count?

We request a final guest count at least 2 weeks before the event for accurate food and staff planning.

Do you handle delivery and setup?

Yes, we manage both delivery and setup. We typically arrive 2 hours before the event to set up. For larger events, we may arrive earlier to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Can I Serve Alcohol at My Event?

We do not provide alcohol. However, we can assist you in arranging for a bartender if needed.

Can you provide a specific type of cuisine or theme for my event?

Yes! We specialize in Caribbean cuisine, but we can customize the menu to fit a specific theme or cultural preference. Let us know your vision, and we’ll make it happen.

What happens if there’s extra food after the event?

Leftover food can be taken home. Please notify us in advance if you would like to take leftovers with you.
